Field Hockey Goalie Academy

Class instruction will emphasize the proper Goalkeeping technique in a controlled setting! The goal of this class is to give keepers confidence in the net & develop all skills needed to succeed in the position.

The class will feature instruction not limited to the following topics:
- Reaction Saves
- Decision Making
- Clearing with all parts of equipment
- Slides (In all direction)
- Blocks

- Angles

This class will push all goalkeepers regardless of level. Players will have the strength & confidence to perform at a high level within this specialty position!
Players will be divided in groups based on age and ability.
